You don't have to use all four. The simplest path: Create → review in Queue → it appears in Campaigns once sent.

Start here.

AI-guided wizard. Answer a few questions about an event or announcement and Apex writes the email + social posts for you. The output lands in the Queue for review.

Inbox

Forwarded ideas.

When members forward a flyer, race notice, or announcement to your club's Apex address, it lands here. Click any email to turn it into a campaign — Apex pulls the details and drops them into the wizard.

Queue

Review before sending.

Drafts created by Create or generated from Inbox sit here for you to review, edit, and approve. Nothing is sent until you say so. Approved items become Campaigns.

Every email blast you've sent — opens, clicks, deliveries, and the original content. You can also start a blank campaign from scratch here if you'd rather skip the wizard.
